* Closing sales leads and prospects as per the process of residential selling.

* Closing sales leads and prospects as per the process of residential selling.
* Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development by using Leadsquared (training provided if necessary)
* Good Negotiator with strong conviction and convincing skills
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Good with follow ups
* Good with absorbing Product knowledge and well presented individual.
* This role requires to work on weekends/ holidays and weekly-off provided during weekdays.
* Strong verbal communications skills.
* Good listening and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
