1. Wide knowledge and prior experience in Crane Manufacturing & Material Handling Equipment.
2. Proper control of site activities such as loading, unloading, erection, commissioning.
3. Labour coordination & site coordination for smooth site activities.
4. Ensure proper usage & security of allocated material & tools for a site work.
5. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
6. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
7. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
8. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
9. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
10. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
11. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
