Project Supervisor Surveyor recruitment in Kolkata - kohler india corp pvt ltd

Conduct the site survey and measurement as per the order inflow and customer requirement.

Confirms the product feasibility for supply and installation to sales team.

Co-ordinates with the sales team, customer and assembly team.

Need to manage multiple projects at any point in time.

Responsibility to complete the project survey and installation with in the given timelines.

Assist the sales team on technical front during the order negotiation/ closure.

Co-ordinate with the architects and get the shop drawing approvals for production.

Manage franchisee installer’s team for project installation and service.

Check the quality of installations at site and ensure that the installations done are as per the standards defined.

Daily and weekly report on order survey and execution to line manager.

Responsible to train the franchisee installer team (Technicians and helpers) on product and customer handling.

Responsible to provide the feedback on the product issues to engineering team for improvements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education required:

Diploma (Preferred: Civil/ Mechanical).

Experience required:

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in building material industry with a customized product survey and installations. Preferred in Shower door, Structural Glazing, Aluminium/ upvc windows, Modular Kitchens and any other allied building material industry.

Preferred Companies:

Fenesta, Star Alubuilt, Space Wood, Sleek from Asian Paints etc.

Knowledge / Skill required

Good customer Handling & communication skills.

Project Management

Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
