o Process expert for External Training Requests Globally
o Vendor Management, Budget handling, , understanding training
requirements & contents, utilization of credit points for training
purposes, space management & material handling, clarity and 6Amls.
o Providing support for internal trainings in GGN.
o Managing Employee engagement activities: reducing no shows,
career days, organising seminars, CSR activities etc.
o Running weekly employee HR connect activities Meaningful-Monday
& Fun-Filled-Fridays, Initiating Induction process: as a facilitator and
coordinator for HR &L&D, exit interview, approval of separation
request under Library Management system
o Associating with different organizations for purchase of licensing
activities, portals etc. for learnings like Lynda, Safari.com, plural sight
etc.
o Scheduling of internal Certifications, maintaining training room’s
availability, start/process and invigilation of test etc.
