Job Description Requisites Education Bachelors Degree Experience (Years) 2 -3 Total Years; 1-2 Relevant Years Industry / Technology background IT Services, support, Project Support, Data Centre Assurance & Infrastructure Management Location Mumbai Working Hours Flexible/UK Working Hours Pre-employment checks Required Role Summary The Service Take-on & Data Centre Assurance support officer will be expected to provide all aspects of service take-on & data centre assurance support. The role will involve working closely with Project Managers and Data Centre Assurance Manager on a day to day basis and supporting the team in delivering to high standards and on time. The officer will be expected to undertake a wide variety of tasks as detailed in the main responsibilities section.
Overall Project/Task description or Main Responsibilities Service Take-on Support Provide high quality administrative and project support to the PM's Project registration, governance and reviews. Provide project updates and report maintenance via Google sheets/Excel and other tracking tools as required. Carry out Project meeting administration including booking calls, meeting rooms, taking and circulating minutes. Work with the PM's to understand and assist with tracking key project activities Support the development of project schedules and plans as per each project requirements. Provide support for Project Monitoring & Control which includes but not limited to Risk & Issues Management and Actions tracker management and follow-ups Provide support for project resources.
Create and compile reports for fortnightly management presentation. Coordinate the running of critical assurance checkpoints(Stage Gates) for all projects. Undertake any other responsibilities that could be reasonably required. Data Centre Assurance Support Have overall ownership of the Metered Licensing Services for providing the monthly outputs in a timely manner Be fully conversant with the Microsoft SPLA, VSPP , Citrix CSP, MSDN and Storage license processes Manage MSDN allocations of subscription licenses to staff. Responsible for issuing license keys (Microsoft MPSA , SPLA keys and Vmware license keys) when confirmations of orders are placed. Provide analysis on usage trends within the licensed products and DR requirements Ownership of NPSs Data Centre Rack Plans, ensuring that it is kept up to date and that all the hardware has relevant support cover Assist with Procurement activities ( Organising quotes, raising PAs, approval follow-ups etc.)
Maintain HW maintenance list Maintain accurate list of all Telco contracts/circuits, process new user mobile connection request/disconnects Help maintaining the Monthly Storage finance charge report.
