§  performs as project coordinator:

o   supports follow-up on actions for PD&L programs

-        works with PD&L business partners in different programs implementation and maintain scope control of the workstreams actions; while providing support on the delivery schedules to meet targets

-        collects our achievements as required

-        carries out tasks focused on achieving deadlines

-        maintains our delivery plan across the world

-        reports on progress and highlights key decisions required to PD&L management while keeping our priorities up to date

o   acts as community local ambassador supporting other community leaders and ambassadors in France and international

o   contributes to the planning of programs roll out

o   consults with different team members, provides tools comparison today vs tomorrow according to target audience/country

§  supports PD&L internal communications and marketing needs:

o   coordinates all the communication and logistics in relations to the program across different workstreams ensuring consistency

-        producing announcements

-        generating marketing material for promotion

o   supports data gathering for PD&L processed and links with other process in relation to employee development

o   works    closely with the Head of PD&L Business Partners & Digital Design to produce marketing and communication materials and templates, ensuring alignment with OBS internal coms standards and PD&L visual identity
