Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) invites application for the position Project Technician 

No. of positions: 01

Consolidated Pay: 14400-1200-36000

Essential Qualification: B.Sc. + 4 years relevant experience Or 3 years Engineering Diploma + 4 years relevant experience Or High School + ITI + 9 years of relevant experience

Job description: The project work will involve processing of Tenders, Contract Extension, EOT, CCD, Estimate checking & modifications, Tokens Generation for billing in Office Automation. Checking for Technical aspects of Construction in Civil, Electrical, Air conditioning related works. Any other office works as required.

Desirable Qualifications: Diploma in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical, Good knowledge of Office Automation involving Project Management of works in a setup like IIT Kanpur. Experience in office work. Operation and Maintenance Machine, Measuring Instruments, good knowledge of MS office. Good communication skills and team work. Relevant experience of 4 years or more.
