He/she will responsible for hiring and training the promoter and report/monitor end to end activity
of promoter in Modern trade outlets. Promoter Supervisor is responsible for overall business
operation which includes people management, Visibility elements execution in the assigned
territory.

Deliver Business Objectives:
Achieve target (value/ volume) for the territory
Ensure manning as per business requirement
Coordinate with local sales team to resolve market issues
Market visit as per PJP
Store Operations:
Ensuring planogram as per set standard
Ensure store manning on time
Coordinating with the MT team for stock availability
Competition benchmarking
Ensuring merchandising and display standards
Reporting:
Data reporting on time
Ensure data hygiene
Ensure marketing photos are uploaded as per Company Norm
People Management:
Ensure PJP adherence of the promoters
Ensuring daily attendance of Promoters
Creating database of potential candidates
Ensure salaries data inputs are given to SALES TEAM on time
Ensure high retention in the team
Identify reasons for attrition
Take corrective action and report issues to Sales team
Adhere to HR Compliances
Training & Coaching
Give OJT to all new joiners and existing team members
Work the market and identify training needs
Ensure team members are groomed as per said standard
