· Collecting the data through market analysis.

· Maintaining a demonstration area.

· Responsible for promoting the VOC Brand.

· Demonstrating the features of service to potential customers.

· Employing interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows to share information about service, when necessary.

· Answering any questions potential customers might have about service.

· Generating reports that outline customers' interest levels, questions asked, record and maintain the customer data
Staying up to date with service features.
-Responsible for promoting VOC Brand in the market.
-Handling customer queries.
