Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•Building a network
.•Manage Property Leads.
•Market Research on Commercial Properties and locations.
•Property Management, coordinating with key channels like Builders/Developers.
•Location & Catchment Analysis of new location.
•Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities, both organic growth and acquisitions.
•Responsible for negotiating with the landlords for ideal deals for long term lease.
•Understanding the market dynamics of residential development and spotting opportunities for right locations
•Ensuring end-to-end negotiations and closing of the deals 
•Understanding of the legalities of the property lease transactions.
•Managing the external agencies involved in the transactions.
