Specific Responsibilities
· Prepare accurate proposals within a stipulated time frame that includes

Reviewing of RFQ documents

Preparing Bill Of Materials

Preparing configuration diagram

Preparing Technical compliance/ Deviation report

Accurately costing the system offered

Support Technical Negotiations & manage Technical expectations of Customers

Revising the Offer as per customer requirements

Meeting Quality and Timelines · Accurate and timely completion of related activities like LOA entering, Master Schedule entries & smooth handing over to Projects.
· Interaction with various local & international vendors and Emerson SCM teams for obtaining best quotes for all non DCS-non Emerson items
· Documenting all records properly in line with Department Quality procedures
· Support a team concept to share expertise and level of workload
· Develop the skills necessary to assume more independent assignments
· Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Power Engineering with minimum of 6 years of experience in process industry preferably in power plant
· Basic knowledge of Distributed Control Systems and Power Plant/ Water and Waste Water process
· Good communication, interpersonal skill and drive for results
· Strong computer skills
· Able to work in a team
· Willing to travel in India and abroad
· Should be able to resolve basic technical matters.
