Praposal Engineer ( Dover India - Navi Mumbai office )

An inside sales executive is responsible for generating new prospects by interacting with existing and prospective customers in order to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads for the on-ground outside sales team.

Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

Updating information regarding e-tenders from PSUâs tender portals

Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

Maintaining a database with quote-log of current enquiries and orders

Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services

Staying informed about competing products and services

Researching and qualifying new leads.

Position will be common for C&I and Cargo business vertical

Inside Sales Executive Requirements:

High school Diploma/Degree (engineering base)

Previous experience in a related sales position / sales support preferred

Min experience 2-3 year

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Strong listening and sales skills.
