Job Description

Proposal Writer

Number Of Positions : 5

Job Qualification : Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with excellent Written & Oral Communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to develop/manage custom styles in MS Word
• Experience developing proposal graphics with MS PowerPoint, Adobe tools or other tools
• Ability to convert complex technical topics into easy-to-understand writings

Required Skills/Experience :

• 2-5 years of experience developing/writing technical approach, management approach, past performance and supplemental proposal artifacts
• Must have expert level experience developing proposal templates, outlines, and compliance matrix/guidelines
• Experience reviewing Federal and commercial solicitations to develop proposal summary sheets, response templates, win themes, differentiators, compliance matrix, proposal development strategies and proposal development guidelines for section authors
• Experience interviewing subject matter experts and collaboratively develop proposal content
• Experience facilitating proposal development including kick-off, schedule development, reviews, and final delivery
• Experience writing, reviewing and editing proposal content for IT Services
• Demonstrated ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and PDF editors, at expert level
