Job Description

Prototyping - Stores Executive

Location : Bengaluru

Work Experience : 1 - 3 Years

  • Ensure incoming parts are in warded and recorded in inventory management system.Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stockroom  
  • Checking the quality of received goods against invoice and submitting it to finance
  • Maintain records of raw materials, tools, measuring equipment, consumables ect at Protolab and at IBC   
  • Create good tracking system and maintain data 
  • Maintain  material Store always organized and implemented with 5”S”
  • Carry out Goods Receipt postings in the system
  • Maintain inventories for all the items and keep records for all the supplies
  • The ability to maintain proper system for the items log.
  • The ability to fill the store requisition and keep tracking for the issuing
  • Maintain consumption pattern of Tools & factory consumables and trigger for reordering based on stock levels
  • Identify & implement projects for reducing Inventory levels
  • Need to be posted/update & maintained in Stock register.
  • Maintain & keep a track of consumption report of contractors approved by Indirect Sourcing Team
  • Prepare DRMR (Daily report of Material received) for MIS.
  • Prepare & maintain STN (Stock Transfer Note) in case of any material transfer to other site location.
  • Manage/arrange inventory at store room i.e. space management etc.
