Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Giving telephonic consultations to the patients.
• Supporting the team of doctors and performing management duties.
• Provide encouragement to team members, communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
• Assist the management with hiring processes and new team member training.
• Responding to team member questions and helping them with problems, overseeing their quality of work and guideline compliance.
• Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices.
• Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports.
• Assuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Helping and setting of standard process.
• Responsible for creating content and helping with videos in order to promote brand value via social media platforms.
• Contributing to product development.
  

Place of Work:  Mumbai

Specialization: MD Derma, MD Psychiatrist, MD Obstetrics and gynecology

Experience:  Min 5 years to 15 Years

Working Hours: Full-time Fixed 10 am to 7 pm

Salary: Negotiable
