Job Description

  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
  • Ability to lead a small team and delegate to team members 
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities simultaneously
  • Need to go to doctors and convince them to refer our centre.
  • Need to visit at least  15 doctors per day
  • Daily reporting to upper management about visits.
  • Need to keep numbers of drivers to coordinate with them during any emergency case or anything else to call them for patients etc.
  • Need to solve market problems related to our centre.
  • Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications.
  • Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.
  • Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough speech for each.
  • Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
  • Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
  • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
  • To plan various activities as per the phasewise Marketing Strategic plans
  • Monitoring performance.
  • Need to visit all the hospitals or doctors of the city.
