We are looking for a skilled Executive to undertake a variety of day-to-day publishing and coordination related tasks. The candidate needs to be an integral part in ensuring our publisher and User satisfaction by giving instant solution for publishing the digital edition ONTIME on our portal.

An excellent executive is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills who is comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out all the tasks with accuracy and speed.

The goal is to ensure that publishing operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

Roles and responsibilities

Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of publishing the magazines , news papers and articles.
Maintaining records with effective maintenance.
Co ordinate with other teams with various publishing related tasks (Error escalation, disseminating, Solving technical issues etc.)
Deal with publisher complaints or issues over email and the call.
Responsible for quality conscious.
Responsible for day-to-day publishing operations.

Requirements

Fresher or 1 or 2 years proven experience as office coordinator / executive in a similar role
Experience in customer service will be a plus
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, back-office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable with patience and professionalism
Associates/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus

Mandatory Criteria

Proficiency in either one of the languages - Malayalam/Telugu
Good proficiency in English language
