Purchase and Import executive

 Job Description:

a) Local Purchase :

Search required Product’s through websites and magazines.

Inquiry through mail for products.

Raising Purchase order and purchase related documents.

Communication with suppliers for dispatch, technical work and price negotiations.

Ensure timely delivery of material through follow up with supplier and factory. 

Other related work as assigned by seniors.

b) Import :

Communication with Overseas Suppliers.

Inquiry through mail for products.

Raising Purchase order and import related documents.

Technical discussion with overseas suppliers and with factory.

Handling Import shipments and all Import documents.

Communication related to Import shipment with suppliers from dispatch to arrival of shipment.

Follow up with CHA (Custom house agent) for Import clearance and all clearance related work.. 

Other related work as assigned by seniors.
