We are Planet HR Solutions, a leading recruitment out sourcing company. One of our client Company is involved in manufacturing of control valves for automation of refrigeration plant. This Company looking for Purchase Engineer / Executive details as follows

Position:- Purchase Engineer / Executive
Qualification:- Dip / Be Mechanical OR Production
Experience:- Around 2 to 4 yearsâ€™ experience on similar position in Manufacturing Company.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.

Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.

Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.

Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

Compensation : Will commensurate with experience and competency of the candidate

Mechanical Purchase Engineer with 2 to 4 years experience from manufacturing company.Developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs.
