As a Purchase Entry Executive of Supermarket outlet (Sasta Kiryana) you are required to perform following

• Check every invoice for correct company's name, GST number, Invoice number, date & stock received stamp
• Create Product master of products as per SOP and update it continually
• Create Vendor/Party master as per SOP
• Meticulously enter the invoice in software so that right stock of products, cost price, corresponding taxes , discounts etc has been correctly entered
• To mention the system number on each invoice
• To make sure that all corrected and entered invoices have been transferred to Accounts department everyday
• To make sure data transfer has been done everyday or when required
• To create & accept Stock transfer challan across branches
• Coordinate with Supplier in case of short supply, rate difference or any other issue
• To make sure each product has been entered with right bar code or in case of same product code and different bar code, the alternate bar code has been entered
• To make sure every variant of product (SKU) has been entered either as a different product or alternate bar codes have been entered.
• To make sure each product or variants or product has been entered with right updated MRP.

• Bar code print outs of products
• To take out MIS reports and share with concerned persons
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area

• Coordinate with Software team in case of any glitches, errors or improvements required for any department.

You must have following skills & experience:

• Minimum 1 year of similar experience
• Know-how of Grocery products & its purchase invoices
• Know-how of POS & Billing
• Know-how of MS-Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Dedication towards work & Punctuality
• Basic Math skills
• Minimum Graduate
