We are looking for candidate who has experience in 'Solar industry'.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Float enquiries and obtain Quotation

• Negotiation, Finalization; placement of purchase order, Documentation etc. and

Follow up with suppliers, transporters for the delivery of materials; Co-ordination for Payment.

• Responsible for proper documentation of shipment.

• Daily MIS & collation of various departmental data’s for proper presentation to management.

• Regular monitoring of inventory level and planning for minimum inventory possible

• SOP, Product & Process development for planning department (For module).

• Supply chain management with complete tracking of Raw Material Schedule & Update plan accordingly.

• Co-Ordinate with demand & Supply team for customer specific requirements & on time production feasibility.

• Yield & CTM Report analysis for better binning & qualitative & quantitative understanding for particular BOM

• Ensuring all team member adhere to Health & Safety policies of organization under EHS Programmed.

• Responsible for Customer Visit coordination, ISO & Audit management.

• Technical evaluation of solar panel in quality Department

• BOM Management, Controlling & Material Master updation.

Responsible for releasing order for local/imported/Capital & Purchase Requisition through SAP and Tally

• Monitoring Schedule adherence & Subsequent fallouts & analysis.

• Responsible to Maintain approved Vendor list
