Authorize and evaluate goods receipt, ensure adherence to quality and long-term contracts with suppliers.
Support and coordinate with the various departments particularly with accounts with ease.
Track both the movement of raw materials and subcontracted goods sent to the subcontractor and the reconciliation of inventory.
Ensure adequate stock and work closely with suppliers to ensure effective support.
Record all transactions and periodically conduct ageing analysis
Efficient in vendor sourcing, negotiating contracts, execute purchase orders and preparing reports
Timely procurement with proper quotation on time for all indents as per site requirement
Develop a Strategic Plan for establishing a local network of Suppliers of key Raw Materials, Components & other Materials to drive improvements in lead times, cost & quality.
Provide support to project cost controls in procurement related activities, bid versus buy analysis and the preparation of cash flow plans for project purchases orders.
Responsible for the ordering of materials, supplies and follow up with vendors to ensure that timely delivery.
Should be able to solve material related difficulties including supply, quantity and delivery.
Maintaining records or goods ordered and received.
Maintaining reports in excel for age wise outstanding, pending raw materials, etc.
Visit Local Market as per requirement.
* Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement and Material Management for Civil Construction.
