Position: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

An energetic professional offering qualitative experience of Minimum 4 years in Forecasting, Planning & Execution, supplier evaluation and vendor management. Manage the dispatch as per purchase, use excel & spreadsheets to ensure smooth operation and reporting. Candidate must be smart enough to priorities the task. Candidates from similar field only be considered.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Planning of all purchases of the company service & sales team
Vendor identification, Evaluation and managing
Manage the dispatch and ancillaries as per planning
Tendering and quotation analysis and review
Co-ordination with accounts dept. for payments to the suppliers.
Collections and streamlining of collection process from customers
Ensure appropriate usage/ wastages analysis.
Analyse trends and data to ensure operationally sound purchase systems and decisions.
Managing MIS & Documentation
