Job Description

We are looking for Purchase executive at our Andheri Head Office in Mumbai. who should have 1-2 yrs experience in purchase / procurement department of an Engineering company.
Education: B.E. Mechanical/Electrical/ Chemical.

Responsibilities:
Prepare presentation reports
Create purchasing strategies
Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets
Research sourcing for new suppliers and vendors
Manage records of all orders, payments, and business stock
Taking responsibility for purchasing of goods during all stages from material requisition (MR) till purchase order (PO) closed in the system.
Submit weekly report to manager/superior reflecting accurate update on goods purchased and highlighting any issues.
Perform other duties assigned or as instructed by the manager

Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Excellent analytical skills
