Job Title- Purchase Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and innovative individual to join our team as Purchase Executive. As the purchase executive, you will carry out all tasks allocated by the purchasing manager, which may include conducting research on potential vendors and suppliers, inspecting goods, and updating records. You should be able to negotiate pricing and transport costs.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with suppliers via email to negotiate terms, place orders, and resolve any issues.

2. Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth procurement processes.

3. Demonstrate strong communication skills in written and verbal interactions.

4. Apply communication theory to optimize supplier relationships and internal communication channels.

5. Proficient in Excel to handle data analysis and reporting tasks.

6. Create purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

7. Maintain records of returned stock and analyse return patterns.

8. Generate reports manually to track purchasing metrics and trends.

9. Previous experience in inventory management, particularly with micro parts, is highly desirable.

10. Possess good knowledge of SKU management and barcoding systems.

11. Build and maintain relationships with the finance team to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial processes.

12. Demonstrate expertise in receiving procedures to ensure accurate inventory counts and quality control.

13. Manage the process of returning goods to suppliers efficiently and effectively.

Location- Noida sec-16

Salary – Negotiable

Experience- Minimum 2 years
