Job Title: Purchase Executive

Educational Qualification: BE Electronics

Experience-0-2 years 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with international as well as domestic vendors

- Send requests for quotations (RFQ) to vendors

- Compare quotes and negotiate prices

- Finalize purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods

- Track shipments and follow up with courier companies

- Assist with the inward material process

- Maintain records and reports on purchasing activities

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Continuously evaluate vendors and their performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication

- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role, freshers are also welcome.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- Knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures

- Experience with vendor management and development
