We are looking for Well experienced candidate for Purchase Officer Residential for or well-known Bulk Drugs and Fine Chemical Manufacturing Company since 2003. The Selected Candidate have role & responsibility as below,

Qualification:-M. Sc. / B.Sc. & Supply chain Management + MBA Technocommercial

*Please note candidates who are willing to travel across India for vendor development and sourcing of material only can Apply.

Exp:-At least 3 to 5 years

Skills set:-

·         Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and numeracy.

·         Commercial awareness.

·         Strong analytical ability to adapt to different client needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships.

·         Experience in sourcing Lab Chemicals, fine chemicals, intermediates, APIs   

·         Successful experience in assessments development of vendors and the implementation of supply chain management improvements

·         Knowledge of the latest developments and trends within chemical & pharmaceuticals industry 

·         Knowledge of risk management, with the ability to identify and anticipated issues, related to Supply chain management.

·         Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.

·         Thorough knowledge of Import-export of Dangerous & Non – Dangerous materials.

·         Knowledge of  Computer & Internet applications for procurement & sourcing.

Job Description:-

• The Selected Candidate must Propose improvements to the current purchasing system that will improve vendor relationships and lower the overall procurement cost.
• Capable of immediate response on indent received. Collaborate with inventory control and sales to develop metrics for gauging inventory level needs and then maintaining those levels throughout the year
• Take the lead in creating profitable ways to manage obsolete and slow-moving stock to help offset losses
• Manage the company’s day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure that all purchasing are meeting their performance standards and quality parameters.
• Assist in developing more effective invoicing and payment processes to Vendors.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management required.
