Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling order placement timing, supply/demand alignment, material replacement, and supplier performance
2. Continuously discovering profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
3. Sourcing the most affordable materials for the trading process
4. Helping to source alternative items for customers
5. Developing sourcing strategies
6. Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers
7. Working on involvement in writing up contracts and the terms of sales
8. Developing relationships with distributors
9. Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms to build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
10. Managing purchase of engineering spares, consumables, raw materials
