Hysupermart jobs - Purchase Order Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods, and supplies
2. Interact with the purchase team regularly
3. Send them to the suppliers
4. Review inventories and order as required according to the receiving note
5. Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis
6. Review deliveries against the orders
7. Make any changes according to the receiving note
8. Track the status of any orders; update the details in software provided
9. Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders, and damaged goods
10. Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payments
11. Produce and maintain all reports
12. Manage any procurement activities including RFP's (Request for proposals)
13. Help out with smaller purchases, reviews, and inventory matters
14. Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting and stock departments
15. Manage budgeting, costing, and cost-saving after reviewing the management information available
