• Sourcing and buying materials, goods, and services on behalf of the employer to be resold or used in daily operations.
  
• Maintaining stock levels.
• Negotiating with vendors.
• Interviewing prospective suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Preparation of stocks statements.
  
• Preparation of Purchase Orders.
• Day to day issues and receipts, ledgers, stock statement reports and DMR
• Preparation of Daily & Monthly Consumption Report.
• Checking of received Material with invoice and purchase order.

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office and procurement software
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations
