Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Daily basis Stock
2. Handle all work Given By HOD
3. Responsible For Loading & Unloading Material 
4. Maintain All Document Work Related to Inward & Outward Material 
5. Maintain the Invoice Process to Account.
6. Prepare PO and coordinate with suppliers
7. Maintain all purchase related documents
8. Purchase daily production required materials
9. Responsible for all stores functions
10. Accounting of inward and outward material
11. Monthly Stock verify & reports

Tasks:
Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
