WE HAVE IMMEDIATE VACANCIES IN PURCHASE MANGER / STORE INCHARGE/WAREHOUSE INCHARGE ROLE.

Role Requirements: -

Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
Research potential vendors and negotiate prices for all type of indirect materials like inserts, toolings, maintenance spares, packing materials, lubricants. Etc.,
Responsible for leading the solution for supplier component concerns, driving Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP),
Production Part Approval Process (PPAP),supplier development and supplier cost improvements
Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by the requester
Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)
Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality.
Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply
Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the
quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.
Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this
regard
Handle Delivery and inspection of items. Assist in Insurance claims, if any.
Storage and handling on site, prior to use, during installation and commissioning and
closure of any surplus/defective materials.
Report on budget versus Actual performance on project-wise basis
Cost Savings, Localization, Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) support
