• You collaborate with business analysts, Web designers, and software developers to ensure prototypes can be efficiently implemented

• You Identify, recommend, and prioritize new user interface features and applications in conjunction with end-user requirements or business needs

• You diagnose and troubleshoot problems with proprietary or internally developed user interfaces

• Hands On Coding / Code Reivews / Architecture

• Project Management

Code

• Write Code

• Help Architect new Features / Projects

• Review Code and Approach of fellow team members

Project Planning

• Help coordinate projects from design to resource planning

• Help shepherd them through the deployment

• After the daily stand-ups, be sure that everyone has what they need for their given project

• If needed, add people to a project and halt another

• Bigger projects require retrospectives and write-ups

Lead Firefighting

• When the inevitable happens to help the engineers debug and fix the problem as fast as possible

• Coordinate retrospective meetings to document what happened and how we can prevent this in the future

 Qualification & Experience

In-depth knowledge of GUI prototyping tools, software design, web technologies and protocols 

• Proven experience in human-computer interaction and usability analysis 

• Thorough understanding of application development methodologies 

• Proven experience with cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility development issues 

• 8 – 12 years’ experience with the Python, Django, JavaScript

• Knowledge of AngularJS 

• Multi-platform OS (Windows/Mac/Linux)
