We have an established capability in Automation Centre, internal to our Bank, to provide e2e services across the automation lifecycle covering a wide range of technologies. We work with different Business Divisions and Corporate Functions to identify and deliver on the automation opportunities. Services offered typically involve analysis of the existing process, creation of business case, solution deployment and post deployment production support. The services focus on deploying the optimal / intelligent automation solution at scale and ensuring Return on Investment

You Offer

• Outstanding common knowledge of machine learning algorithms
• Experience of building solutions with machine learning and/or natural language models
• Excellent Python development skills
• Proficient in database technology e.g. Oracle, SQL, NoSQL (e.g. Mongo)
• Good understanding of agile development practices – in particular, we are looking for candidates capable of building maintainable automated tests including mocking
• Excellent academic background with degree and/or masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a distributed team
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
