Job Description: Python Developer with 3 Years of Experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team to work on AI Technologies. As a Python Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge AI technologies and applications. Your expertise in Python programming and familiarity with OpenAI's platforms and tools will be instrumental in driving our mission to advance artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and designers to develop robust and scalable Python-based applications.
2. Design, develop, and maintain software components for AI models, frameworks, and tools, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
3. Implement and optimize algorithms and data structures to support AI research and development efforts.
4. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software components to ensure high-quality deliverables.
6. Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and propose innovative solutions.
7. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Python, AI, and related technologies to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
8. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and provide mentorship to junior developers when necessary.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Python Developer, preferably in the field of artificial intelligence or machine learning.
3. Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
4. Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
5. Familiarity with OpenAI's platforms, APIs, and tools is highly desirable.
6. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
