Responsibilities
• Own python related deliverables
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code,
• Design and implementation of data harvester infrastructure, upgrade to higher version of
Python.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of data storage solutions postgres and Mysql databases, key-value stores etc.}}
Skills And Qualifications
• Expert in Python, with knowledge of Python Scrapy framework
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Skills on AWS and GCP would be an advantage
• Additional skills on REST API, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, React, and CI/CD
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
• Able to create database schema that represent and support business processes
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Candidate preferences:
• Service delivery excellence and strong project management skills should be exhibited.
• Should follow all security protocols and coding standards when developing code.
• Should be able to deliver projects on time and follow up for feeds to resolve issues.
• Should have the ability to coordinate and work with remote development team as well.
• Should be able to troubleshoot and bottleneck situations.
• Be an out of the box performer.
• Should be innovative with cutting edge technologies.
