Whom we are looking for:

Rayden Design Studio is looking for QA Analyst to join our team supporting our Life Sciences team. This individual will partner with the Content Strategy team to execute campaigns for Life Sciences companies and internal stakeholders. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to join a smart, creative, and dynamic team that is committed to bringing innovation to the healthcare industry. The QA Analyst will work closely with our Content Strategy team to ensure all campaigns are fully tested and match approved layouts provided before going live + continue to behave as expected throughout their flight time.

We need a Quality Assurance pro who is able to be detailed in both functionality and editorial checks. An Analyst should understand all facets of testing, the creative process, and ideally, have experience within the world of advertising.

Typical Week:

Connect with team on QA requests for assigned campaigns
Complete a thorough editorial check (copy & imagery) of a campaign looking at the approved PDF layouts vs. programmed content, logging differences for the team to address
Review a programmed campaign for functionality and log any bugs found
Test a survey to ensure all logic streams were programmed correctly and questions/answers are being recorded correctly
Forecast future QA needed by discussing and creating a plan for testing for an upcoming iOS or Android update
Conduct testing on live campaigns to ensure they are behaving as expected and document results
Log all status updates for the team to review and raise high priority issues as appropriate through escalation channel

Responsibilities:

Own QA of assigned campaigns - including editorial review against approved content, functional QA across multiple devices and browsers, logic-driven + functional QA for surveys and continued post-launch QA to ensure campaigns are behaving as expected
Create detailed bug trackers that include suggestions for fixes or workarounds
Communicate project status to internal teams on a regular basis, maintaining accurate internal status reports
Gain a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the development process for Phreesia’s advertising platforms to provide suggestions for QA process improvements
Proactively track common quality issues and raise to the team so they can be prevented in the future

Skills:

Self-starter, ambitious, with a curiosity to get to the bottom of things
Critical eye for detail and skilled at locating repeatable bugs
Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and requirements
Excellent ability to find small differences in both copy and images between design and programmed files
Experience handling multiple projects or tasks and can manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to meet goals within constraints of time and priority
must be competent with all major Internet browsers, be PC fluent, familiar with tablet devices (Android, iPad) and smartphones

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within websites, web/mobile apps, banner ads, emails, survey and/or games testing, preferably within healthcare advertising
Previous experience in managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience producing work of consistently high quality (ie: thorough, thoughtful, data-driven) and incorporating best practices
Knowledge of advertising highly favored
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft suite (excel, word) needed; Monday.com, JIRA, screenshot tools, a strong plus
Strong verbal and written English
