QA Automation Lead/ Sr. SDET

Job Responsibility:

The QA Technical Lead/ Sr SDET guide and lead automation team for various in house projects. Will be responsible for

·      Providing Technical guidance QA automation

·      Mentoring and resolving team members technical issues

·      Managing automation team and effort

·      Working technical POC and automation feasibility for various projects

·      Creating, managing and enhancing open source based Automation framework

Job Requirement:

·      Experience in developing Hybrid/Keyword Driven automation framework for both Web and Mobile applications

·      Experience in Selenium, Appium, and other open source automation tools

·      Knowledge of Jira, git, Jenkins, CI/CD

·      Hands-on experience in developing automation scripts

·      Experience with Agile methodology, Continuous Integration and associated tools such as Jenkins & Jira.

·      Able to analyze Test Result post test run and share/report finding,

·      Perform Automation Script enhancement

·      Hands on experience on setting up & troubleshooting testbeds.

·      Worked on API automation Using Postman/Rest Assured

·      Worked on Performance testing using Jmeter (Good To have)

·      Experience in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence

·      Experience working with Agile teams

·      Experience with Black Box and While Box testing with understanding of/experience with SQA methodologies, techniques and approaches

·      Experience creating and executing tests like regression, performance, stress, unit, API, integration and security testing

·      Experience in communicating with business users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features and technical designs

Qualifications:

·      BE/B.TEch, MCA, BCA, M.SC (CS)

·      7-10 years’ experience in QA Automation and at least 2 years’ experience in leading a team
