Job Responsibilities:

This position requires a good understanding of software cycle, experience with a variety of testing techniques, and strong written & organizational skills. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the product development process and the role within it.

·         Work closely with Product & UX to understand requirements.

·         Create test plans and processes for manual and automated tests.

·         Execute test scripts manually for regression and functional testing.

·         Work closely with engineering and product team members to understand QA needs.

·         Effectively plan and estimate test creation and execution schedules for all products and offshore team.

·         Routinely generate and communicate project QA test status reports

·         Identify defects and provide troubleshooting and track progress

·         Coaching and mentoring other team members.

·         Review product backlog and understand the roadmap to determine QA priority and provide feedback.

·         Improve the quality of products with continuous regression and exploratory testing.

Key Skills:

·        DevOps & Agile Methodology

·         Agile delivery environment

·         Scrum, XP, TDD, BDD

·         Basic coding/scripting skills (VB.net/C#)

Requirements:

·         Qualification MCA, MSC (CS,IT),BE (CS,IT),B.tech (CS,IT)

·         Candidate must have experience up to 2+ Years
