Job Description:

Working with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements Responsible for Software Testing as a Cross functional program within the department
Guide and mentor automation team for maintaining, improving and implementing QA automation.
Document and define QA automation processes and provide automation framework deliverable to Dev and release testing QA teams.
Coordination with multi location development and integration
Overseeing the development and execution of test plans, monitoring and reporting on test execution and quality metrics
Raise the quality of the product by providing complete, quick, reliable, and easy to interpret test results.
Technical leadership with the ability to guide people and make prudent test design and implementation decisions.
Possess strong Delivery Management capabilities To balance competing demands for resources, time, cost and scope. Focused on customer needs while optimizing the use of organizational resources

Required Candidate profile:

UG/PG degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent degree from a reputed institution
5 to 7 years of relevant experience for Senior Developers and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience for Junior Developers, in the technology sector
Deep hands-on technical expertise in Development, etc.)
Good knowledge on DevOps
Web Technologies (such as Web Services, SOA, API
Experience in working with Agile projects
Experience in quality assurance for Software Product portfolio Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong business and technical vision
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A deep understanding of testing by leading engineers who can write automation scripts/programs that will aid in automated testing
Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions
Experience in provisioning solutions over cloud platforms
