Purpose & Impact Of The Role

This role is responsible for doing performance testing of software solutions and doing manual testing when required. The role is to build high-quality performance testing scripts to perform load and stress testing of various products.

This role will report to Lead - Technology.

Your Role in IKS Health #Tech #Team

Overall responsibility of Performance Testing Tasks for various products - including analysing testing tools, preparing test strategy, estimation, planning, execution, metrics reporting and risk management.
Responsible for selecting/maintaining and integrating the appropriate set of tools, processes and procedures to ensure overall testing efficiency and effectiveness in the operations.
Ensure performance test scripts and test cases are developed according to the identified test scenarios and test objectives that are in line with Non-Functional requirements document(s).
Identify, recommend, and implement performance framework, strategies and toolsets to optimize test execution, expand test coverage, and reduce risk.
Produce and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around the testing performed. Manage best in class service quality and manage SLA accordingly.
Single point of contact for all delivery in performance testing .
Delivery of assigned assignments in the allocated time and budget
Other duty assigned as.
Need to also do manual testing when required.

You Know you are made for this role if you have

Masters\Bachelors\Diploma in Computer Science
5+ years Experience in software development
Exposure and experience in agile development preferred
3+ years only in performance testing and 2+ manual testing.
Proven track record in performance testing with good references
In-depth knowledge and working experience with Performance Testing tools ( Apache JMeter, WebLOAD etc)
Experience with multiple architecture, technology testing and with complex projects.
Tooling Certification much preferred - Experience with Quality Center and other quality tools
Experience with one or more coding language preferred ( JAVA, etc) and hands on in Selenium or other automation tools.
