QA / QC Executive Jobs Opening in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Devbhumi Dwarka

· Extensive experience in managing QA/QC & inspection activities, monitoring welding jobs across projects.

· Coordinate the regular progress and performance related internal quality team meetings.

· Vast experience in managing inspection activities, qualification of welding procedures and monitoring welding jobs across projects; proficient in conducting welder performance qualification tests and maintaining qualification list of welders.

· Led cross functional teams providing quality guidance and support in the determination of appropriate Non-conformance root cause analysis and implementation of effective corrective actions.

· Having experience in brown field and green field areas.

· Experience in Pipeline, power Piping and Process piping, heavy fabrication and final assembly Inspection activities.

• Gained international exposure by working in Oman and Kuwait and Bahrain.

· Achieved QA/QC operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews.

· In-depth knowledge on codes such as ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.8, ASME Sec II part C, ASME Sec V, sec IX, API 1104, and AWS D1.1

· Hands-on experience in conducting mechanical clearance, Punch List preparation, conducting Hydro Test, Pneumatic Tests, Steam Blowing Tests for fulfilling pre- commissioning and commissioning requirements of the project.
