Qualification:

Ph. D ( Analytical Chemistry ) - Related Exp:- Min. 06 - 08 years
M. Sc. (Analytical Chemistry) - Related Exp:- Min. 10 – 12 years

Skills:-

· Excellent technical skills.

· Expert knowledge of GC , HPLC , NMR & other latest analytical & testing equipments.

· Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics.

· Planning and organization skills.

Job Description:

To ensure overall smooth working of QC department & compliance to regulatory requirements.
To ensure audit requirements from regulatory & customers point of view.
Monitoring documents & independent handling of plant audit by clients &/or regulatory authorities.
To built & motivate QC team to comply with GMP norms & compliance.
Comprehensive Assistance in QC related matters from Documentation to ensure compliance & implementation of overall QC system.
To co-ordination with all other departments to ensure full – fledged support of GMP Documents
Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards

· Review and approve deviations related to QC activities

Ensure good laboratory Practices and to plan accordingly
To check or monitor to order and maintain sufficient stock of reagents, chemicals, solvents and media
Analytical Method development & validation done and documents all protocol and report
Verify Reference Standard, Impurity stock maintained their record
Release of the In Process, Base and Finish product material
