In our team the candidate will be responsible for end to end development of a Qlik based report by establishing connections to the Database. The reports are currently produced either by extracting data in Excel or by scheduling online queries on Clusternet application. The incumbent would be needed to build and maintain positive relationships with various RDM and IT Stakeholders to enable Qlik development. 

Key Responsibilities Develop the reports by understanding the existing data model, existing reporting process, and establishing connections to Database housing the data and the development will focus on Qlik visualization and templating using nPrinting. Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as work with team and show capabilities to lead a small team. Outstanding partner management skills. 

Knowledge of Market Risk concepts will be advantageous. Overview of the department / team RDM function rolls up to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) department. The RDM is a newly built team within Risk Reporting Transformation with main focus on migrating existing manual reports to Qlik dashboard. The team is based in Mumbai. Challenges in this role Challenging timelines for report building on Qlik as target is to migrate hundreds of existing excel reports to Qlik in next 6-8 months. On the job learning of the reporting process thus faster adaptation would be the key. Outstanding analytical problem solving skills to analyze and comment on complex data inputs.

IT Certification in Qlik or other BI applications. 4 years of work experience and the ability to develop reports on Qlik dashboard from scratch and building templating, pdf generation and printing capabilities using nPrinting. Proficiency in VBA scripting and Python will be a plus. 

Professional qualification with degree in Computers/Engineering /Finance/Accounting. Proven abilities in managing a team will be plus.
