·        To implement and maintain the Quality Management System ( QMS ) , auditing processes and timely closure of 8D , Corrective and Preventive Action( CAPA) Reports , Audit Action both Internal & External NCs 

·        To provide full Quality support to all departments to ensure that they are familiar with the various QMS and its documentation

·        To ensure that all documents are transferred from external to internal ( customer or supplier ) 

·        To co-ordinate with all the departments and conclude the early closure of audit/CAPA findings  

·        Development and review of an overall Quality Management to ensure conformance to processes, procedures, specifications and regulatory requirements, to be extended to EHS & Quality.

·        Implementation and certification of the Quality Management System according IATF16949 /ISO 9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 etc.

·        Control of product documentation and production floor paperwork related to IATF16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 

·        Co-operation with cross functional team in terms of all quality related issues like audits, complaints, etc.; internal audits etc.

·        Co-ordinate implementation of all documents/changed documents including customer specifications through document control programme

·        Update documents, monitor changes, monitor the document approval process

·        Administer current controlled hard copies when necessary eg: ISO manuals , customer specific requirement documents

·        Review current Quality related policies, procedures, work instructions and forms to define areas of improvement. Ensure that these documents are reviewed by other process owners as well

·        Ensure that the obsolete documents are electronically archived in relevant databases

·        Co-ordinate electronic document and data control awareness training 

·
