QQA 1904 LEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Type: Lead Business Development
Duties and Responsibilities include :
- Researching assigned Territory and compilation/refining of Database and Account intelligence as anon-going activity
- Implementing strategy and action plan for the assigned Territory
- Providing feedback to Management regarding Market, Customers, Competitors
- Compiling competitive intelligence and updating it regularly
- End-to-end direct sales: Prospecting (meetings, calls, mails, networking),Proposal/Quote submission,
- Negotiation and Sales closure
- Account Management to ensure repeat business
- Working in conjunction with Industry bodies/Re-sellers/Partners to mobilize demand
- Provide Bookings/Revenue forecast to his/her Manager on weekly basis
- Meet individual targets for Bookings/Revenue every Quarter
- Follow up with customers for on-time collections
Knowledge & Skill Requirement :
- 3-5 years of Solid IT Services Sales in the given region mandatory
- Should have independently closed IT services deals
- Smart, Confident, Self-driven person with pleasant personality and passion for selling
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong Communications, Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Reasonable technology awareness and good analytical and logical prowess.
- Knowledge of IT services sales & marketing practices is required
- Knowledge of local language and market will be an added advantage
- Must be self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented, with strong ethics and value system
- Should have achieved IT / testing services closures by his / her own efforts
- Should be willing to travel across India
- Must be a Team player
- Preference will be given to experience in Testing Services Sales and Business Development experience to large enterprises
