Should Have Experience in Seven Basic Tools of Quality
Auditing a given number of call on a daily basis.
Recording the feedback of customer service representative.
Collate daily and weekly reports.
Should have excellent communication in English & Tamil
Call Monitoring

REQUIREMENTS :

Over 2 to 4 years of QA experience from BPO industry.
Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
Experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to senior
leaders
Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Internet technologies
Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Power
point

Language Proficiency: good communication in English and Tamil
