Job Description:
• Perform audits as per assigned target.
• Knowledge of Food safety compliance check.Visit multiple Kitchens/Café/Kiosk as per business requirement
• Review & recommend TNIs, Opportunity areas
• Analytic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build PR and repo with all concerned teams
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing tasks; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
