Experience: - 1 to 2 years in Inbound and Outbound process or in any International bpo

Job: Call Evaluation, Call Monitoring, Call Barging, Call Calibration, Conducting Quality sessions, Managing Escalations, Generating daily reports based on agents performance.Maintain working knowledge of quality standards.
Roles and Responsibility:
Audit Calls (Live, Recorded & Remote)
Achieve Call Audit Targets within timelines & share feedback on timely basis and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Document the Calls Audited in the defined Template & share Feedback with the Agents on timely basis and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Excellent communication skills in English
Worked on Focused Call Audits & proven track record in Quality Analyst profile.
Ability to draft & work on quality improvement plans
Ability to train and coach
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Exceptional rapport building, active listening skills
Thorough understanding of the sales function
Proficiency in MS Office & Google Sheets.
Salary: 15,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month
Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Education: Any Graduate
