Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must have worked in Outbound sales process (Voice)
• Should be from BPO Background
• Should be good in Hindi/English Communication skills.
• At least 3 Year as QA.
• Immediate Joiner will be preferred.

JD/ Current role should be as below

• Audit calls and summarizes findings and share it with TL / Manager.
• Provide coaching and guidance based on audit findings, and deliver weekly/ongoing performance feedback to the sales team.
• Mentor/Transition newly hired representatives to ensure a smooth transition from the learning environment to the daily production environment
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of policies, procedures, and benefits.
